Getting Started
How should you get started?

1) Read Miracle Children by Anna Buck. This will help you better understand the work we do and the
children we have helped.  
2) Download and complete the two questionnaires below regarding your child and email/mail it to us.  
3) Anna Buck will look over the questionnaires and will contact you with further questions or to set an
appointment for a full assessment.

Initial Assessment: $625.00*
$80.00 discount if one or both parents read Miracle Children prior to their
child's assessment

*Includes a one-hour follow-up appointment in which observations and
recommendations are discussed with the parent(s).  Also includes a detailed,
written report.  Full payment (less discount, if applicable) is due at time of
Initial Assessment.
